After a three week break, the Team was thrilled to be back on track. This past weekend we raced on the Mugello Circuit in Italy.

We also got to test a new part this weekend, which definitely contributed to a positive weekend.

On Friday, Scott Ogden did a magnificent job and ended the practise session in 5th position, which resulted in a direct spot in Qualifying 2. Joshua Whatley encountered a big crash on his fastest lap and still managed to end the day in 24th place.

The qualifying day was filled with a lot of power and excitement. Whatley ended in a strong 19th position even though he had difficult circumstances during his session on track. Ogden had an electrifying qualifying time and booked 9th place on the grid.

The race track lights went out, and the sound of engines was loud on a sunny Sunday morning. Ogden put up a great fight to secure the best spot possible. He crossed the line in a well deserved 13th position. Whatley gave everything to fight through the groups and ended the day in 21st place.

We continue to improve more each weekend and enter each race with more confidence and a stronger feeling. We are excited to race next weekend in Germany on the legendary Sachsenring track.

Scott Ogden

“We had a good weekend overall. I had a strong feeling right through the whole weekend. I am happy with the improvements we made. See you in Germany!”

Josh Whatley

“Another one done! Quite a bit of bad luck this weekend. We have another opportunity next weekend, take the positives and move forward! Thanks to the team.”
